@unkey/nuxt (version on npm) is a community-maintained Nuxt integration for Unkey. We don’t maintain or test it.

It’s built on an old version of@unkey/api (0.20), so it uses older response shapes, not the Unkey client documented in @unkey/api. Check the npm page for its options.

Supported alternative
For a setup we support, use @unkey/api in a Nuxt server route or middleware. Create the client with a root key from runtime config, and callkeys.verifyKey with the bearer token from the request. It’s the same few lines the Hono and Next.js packages run for you.
